Presently, Kristina has over 15 years of professional experience with a dynamic range of skills. Kristina is tenacious and not afraid to think outside the box when solving difficult or abnormal problems. At the same time, Kristina is not a spontaneous person but methodical as Kristina examines each situation prior to making any decisions. When dealing with complex problems, Kristina does not rush to a solution but weighes out all available options and tries to formulate other options that might be immediately present. Kristina is continually developing and improving Her current skills while looking for the next challenge to develop Her skills further.
Previously, Kristina has managed technical floor teams of up to 25 technicians for Audio/Visual events across a 195,000 square foot, six-star Marriott property through a partner company to overseeing approximately ten to twelve dental practices across three different states. Kristina has always worked with the new employees to help them get onboarded and adjusted to the new position they had been selected for. She also strives to be the one that other employees know they can turn to when they need support, whether it is getting something done or just seeking direction on how to handle a situation. Kristina has experience dealing with demanding customers as well as employees. Walking the fine line between what the customer wants and what is best for the business/employees is something that comes naturally for her.
With extensive experience in content development, event planning, and client relationship management, Kristina brings a wealth of knowledge across various domains. Her expertise includes managing multiple schedules, creating value propositions, standardizing data, and crafting advanced written communications. Kristina is adept at utilizing CRM platforms, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, Kristina also has a proven track record of leadership, having served in roles that demanded both individual initiative and collaborative team-building efforts.
Beyond her professional commitments, Kristina has also served as an Election Officer for both Knox and Fairfax County Boards of Elections, managing critical election processes and ensuring voter integrity. Currently, Kristina is an author of a dystopian book series called Imperial Legends. The book series is a reverse Alice in Wonderland where fantasy collides with reality. The goal of the book series is a means to inspire young adults to find their voice as well as learn not to be afraid to be who they want to be. Currently, there are nine books that have been released with over ten more books to come.
At the same time, Kristina is also the co-host of The Frugal Snobs Podcast. The podcast brings simple tips and tricks on how to live a better life while also living life to the fullest. At this time, the podcast is wrapping up with episode 200, and the podcast will be transitioning to a different topic.
